I also work on Short Sales and Foreclosures and help to streamline those processes in a timely fashion. My clients include end users, as well as investors including builders, rehab professionals, etc.
I will manage your transaction from end-to-end, making your real estate experience, whether from a listing/sale perspective, or from a purchase perspective a positive and memorable one. My real estate business is equally divided between listings and sales.
